Kitsch time!

Really, what's not to love about wonderful kitschy things? It always brings a smile to my face to see a pair of pink flamingos in someone's yard or a little old lady rockin' a blue beehive like it was 1962. My favorite kitschy place to visit on the web is LaLa Land.




I promise you, your head will explode from all of the fabulously tacky things. And she even has a shop devoted to all things Kitsch! And something else that makes her equally awesome; she loves Blythe dolls as much as I do.

And in my quest to bring more funky, retro items to the world, I've made these two new sets of gift tags for my etsy shop.

Small update today & sale

I relisted my black Swarovski bow necklace today. I also added a new bracelet.




I'm having a sale on my stickers at the moment. They are usually priced anywhere from $3 to $5. Now they are on sale for $1.75 to $3.00! Go check them out!

Another treasury!

Wheee!! I woke up to find that my purple and green garden stickers were featured in another treasury. So far I've been in three but still haven't had any sales come from them! But it's still good promotion!



I especially love the bookmark from ShopBub and the flower brooch from Accessoire.

Another treasury feature

Being part of the INCrowd Etsy Street Team has really helped to give my shop some more exposure. Still haven't gotten any sales in almost a week but I'm still hoping things will pick up!

Just a few things...

I updated the shop yesterday with a few new tags and sticker sheets. Sales have been really slow. I haven't sold anything in 5 days even though I've had two batches of updates. Any advice on how to get more sales? I'm trying to promote as much as possible on etsy forums, flickr, and the blog. I've also included my site in some search engines. I still only seem to get about 20 views a day! Everyone keeps saying to give it time and the sales will come. I just hope they're right!!
